Clarendon Launches TWO New Business Centres In London!

Clarendon Business Centres are delighted to announce the launch of TWO new business centres in London. To add to our very successful Fulham offices, we will be opening business centres in Marble Arch and at Riverbank House, next to our Chester House centre, in Fuham.

Marble Arch Business Centre

The first new centre is based in London's Marble Arch, on Upper Berkeley Street. The sheer level of demand for flexible workspace in the area was the driving force behind this decision.



"The West End is a sought-after location and the level of interest is very high," said Candy Woodington, Operations Director."There are a lot of businesses looking for space but supply is limited. It was just a matter of finding the right building."

We have secured four floors in Meridien House on Upper Berkeley Street and are currently undertaking a redesign and fit-out of the new space. The interior decor is set to make a splash, with a "quirky" vibe and design-led floors that each take on a unique persona. However, we will be unveiling the full design later in the year.

Riverbank House Fulham

Our second location is based at Riverbank House in Fulham, virtually adjacent to Clarendon's Chester House centre (pictured), which launched so successfully in 2013.

"Chester House filled extremely quickly," said Candy. "We've had consistently high demand, and we've been operating a waiting list for some time. So when the opportunity arose to acquire a second building in the area at Riverbank House, it was really a foregone conclusion."

We have acquired the "penthouse offices" at Riverbank House, which afford views over the River Thames, Putney Bridge and across Central London. In addition to workplace facilities, the property includes a gym, showers, an open-air cinema, an on-site cafe and garden breakout areas.

Bracknell Focus: Welcome MAW Associates Ltd to Abbey House

We are delighted to welcome Matthew Williams from MAW Associates Ltd, who moved into Abbey House on 7th July.

MAW Associates Ltd provide website design and development services to SME's and their flagship product is mawaccess - a Content Management System that is sophisticated enough to build a website from scratch but simple enough to allow any authorised user to update the website content themselves.

MAW Associates Ltd help SMEs improve their online presence and recently other marketing agencies have started to outsource their web development work to MAW Associates. This has enabled them to expand, which prompted their search for office space.

Fulham Focus: Counselling For Businesses

We are a group of psychotherapists and business mentors working together to form a holistic approach to counselling and mentoring. Psychotherapy and mentoring work well together because both disciplines focus on active listening and on building relationships for the wellbeing of the client/entrepreneur.

Pina Patane from Optimum Entrepreneur is a business mentor and coach incorporating her counselling skills to support entrepreneurs. Bournemouth Focus: The 5 "Must Haves" For A Successful Website

We held a very successful marketing presentation on the 22nd July at our Bournemouth Clarendon Centre Our guest speaker was Chris Jones from Glooo, who gave an insightful talk about the 5 "must haves" for a successful website.

Chris really engaged with the audience, which created a good open discussion and sparked some excellent questions and proved extremely helpful for all who attended. The atmosphere was really relaxed and all agreed that it was a very successful event. We would like to thank Chris Jones for making the trip from Oxford down to sunny Bournemouth to present at the event - it was a pleasure having him here.
