"Fulham Fit" - The New Gym At Our Fulham Green Site Is Open!

Clarendon Business Centres are delighted to announce the opening of "Fulham Fit", the new gym at our Fulham Green site.

Situated in the spacious loft of Chester House with spectacular views across London, Fulham Fit offers an escape from office life to Fulham Green's tenants. Whilst the traditional gym provides a cutting-edge urban workout space, we are also offering a wide range of classes from calming yoga to high-energy spin.

Fulham Fit has been kitted out with the ultimate Technogym equipment (the highest specification 'Artis' range) and Technogym's brand spanking new spin bikes are installed and raring to go in our very own spin studio.

Gym Membership is completely free of charge to all of our current Fulham Green customers - new and old!

There are also a wide range of attractively-priced classes on offer within the separate 'studio' space. These classes are led by Fulham Fit's experienced and friendly instructors and are held at convenient times to suit your busy lifestyles. Group sizes will be limited to 5 to 8 clients, depending on the type of class.

"This is a welcome addition to our current offerings for the Roof Terrace, Garden Breakout areas, Putting Green, Croquet Lawn and Open Air Cinema," says Angela Jude, Clarendon's Fulham Centre Manager.

Bournemouth Focus: Document Archive, Retrieval or Shredding Services

Maidman's offer secure paper shedding and document destruction services, protecting your business from identity theft and fraud, and also an archive storage & retrieval facility for documents you need to keep safe and secure.

They provide shredding sacks with numbered security seals for their clients to fill. These sacks are then collected and transported directly to their secure shredding area nearby in Castlepoint where they are destroyed. Once this has been completed a "Certificate of Destruction" is issued, providing a complete audit trail. They are a local company and all shredded paper is sent for recycling so it is a completely green solution and reduces the impact on the environment.

They also have an archive storage & retrieval facility, which stores files and paperwork on behalf of many and varied clients such as solicitors, accountants, doctors surgeries and other organisations, where paperwork has to be kept for a certain period.
