Welcome to Rachael Perera - Bromley Business Centre Manager

This month we are delighted to welcome a new member of the Clarendon family to the fold.

Rachael Perera joins us as the new Centre Manager for our Clarendon Business Centre in Bromley. Rachael has recently returned from getting married in Mexico and lives in Bromley. Although, she originally comes from the Norfolk/Suffolk boarders, she moved to London 7 years ago and knows Bromley well.

Rachael has many years' experience in the serviced office industry and a wealth of experience in running Business Centres so she is ideally qualified to look after our Clarendon clients.


Rachael says: "I am very excited to be joining Clarendon and I am really looking forward to getting to know our clients and the rest of the Clarendon team."

Bracknell Focus: Pre Med Healthcare Choose Clarendon In Bracknell

Pre Med Healthcare Ltd was founded in 1992 and has grown to be a leading supplier of First Aid Training and First Aid/Medical Supplies.

In 2001, the Ambulance Division was set up to provide an Independent and personal ambulance service for all needs, running 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. It offers a wide range of services from emergency/routine patient transport, emergency organ, blood and equipment transfer, to event medical / first aid cover.

In 2011, Pre Med Healthcare became a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission. In 2012, they gave a glowing report when they inspected.

Towards the end of 2012, Pre Med needed to relocate and decided on Bracknell as it offers good travel links and would help the company reach a wider base of clients.

Fulham Focus: The International Advertising Association Moves Into Chester House

The IAA has been a recognized force in the marketing and communications industry since its origins in 1938 - and this year, the IAA celebrates its 75th anniversary.

Its aims are to:

· Advocate freedom of commercial speech and defend a responsible communications industry against unwarranted advertising bans and restrictions.

· Use its global network as a leading platform for sharing knowledge on industry issues, best practices and insights in a rapidly changing business environment.

· Provide and develop education and professional initiatives that serve the industry, and contribute to recruiting and training talent.

The IAA UK Chapter is one of the largest and most successful chapters of this global business association (IAA), which is headquartered in New York. The UK Chapter produces an annual schedule of business lunches featuring prominent advertising practitioners, thought leadership events, professional development seminars, and prominent social and charity events for the advertising industry.
