Spring Party Is A Great Success At Fulham's Chester House

On the 25th of April we held a Spring party at Fulham Green. As part of a themed barbecue, we transformed some of the outside area into a farm, with lambs and chicks making an appearance in their own hay bale area.

There was a steady flow of our tenants and some external clients who stopped by to enjoy a light snack and to network with each other. We had great weather and the sunshine and daffodils really added to the atmosphere.

Simon and Ernesta from Hawki commented: "It was so pleasant to come to in the morning" and "it was brilliant... when's the next one?!"

Bournemouth & Poole: Seeker News Relaunches As A Free Fortnightly Newspaper

Seeker News, the monthly magazine, is making the move to newsprint as it relaunches as a free fortnightly newspaper.

Seeker News will print an initial 20,000 newspapers a month to be distributed through major supermarkets in the Bournemouth and Poole area and an existing network of leisure centres, hotels, business parks, entertainment venues, shops, restaurants, cafes, hospitals and libraries.

"We're also taking the news on to the high streets, shopping centres and sports grounds to hand out copies and put the news into our readers' hands," says editor Steve Cook, who has built the Seeker brand over the last five years.

He launched Seeker News as a website three years ago and published the first issue of the monthly Seeker News magazine in February 2012.

"Seeker News will be bright, busy and bubbly. We'll have a smile on our face, but we won't shy away from the big issues that matter to us all. We'll support local businesses, triumph the area's many good causes and continue to offer the same great mix of news, sport, arts and lifestyle stories and features that readers have come to expect from us."

Bromley Focus: FREE Training Workshops

Clarendon Business Centres and Genistar Bromley have teamed up to provide FREE Workshops for small businesses and local people at our Bromley Business Centres. These workshops will include such subjects as Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Telephone Techniques, the Sales Cycle, Personality Types, Basic NLP for Business, and How Money Works, among many others.

On the 26th of April, we held an introductory event over a few glasses of wine and nibbles to encourage our clients to meet and network with their neighbours in both Devonshire House and Kingfisher House. We also took the opportunity to announce the forthcoming training dates that have been organised with Genistar.
